Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please read our policy regarding final sales carefully: 
  • No Returns or Exchanges. All sales are final. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We do not offer refunds or credits for any items sold. 
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either providing a replacement or repairing the item, at our discretion. 
  • Clearance and Sale Items: All clearance and sale items are sold “as is” and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Gift Cards: All sales of gift cards are final and cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. 
  • Exceptions: In rare cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion. If you believe you have an exceptional case, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Warranty Issues

In the event that a customer has a covered warranty issue - TO BE APPROVED BY THE STORE, the customer will provide identical replacement or repair at no charge. In the event parts will repair the piece in question, parts may be shipped or made available to pick up at the store. Part installation is not provided after 30 days from delivery. If the goods are discontinued, the store will allow re-selection. If the merchandise was delivered to the customer within 30 days, transportation will be provided for the issue. Outside of 30 days, the customer will provide ALL transportation, or be charged a service/re-delivery fee. The manufacturer warranty is typically one year from the date of purchase, but can differ. Please contact the store for details. Warranty issues will not permit a return outside of the return policy. 

Cancellations

All cancelled orders are subject to a restocking/restocking fee of 25%. Please make sure all measurements/color/etc. have been taken into account as most items are custom ordered. 

NOTE: Some assembly may be required on most products. Customer is responsible for return shipping on an APPROVED return. Returns must be approved by the store and a restocking fee no less than 25% will be charged on approved returns.
